MWC 2025: HONOR Launches Pad V9 Tablet and Watch 5 Ultra

At the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025, HONOR unveiled a series of innovations that left attendees in awe. Among the highlights were the Watch 5 Ultra and the HONOR Pad V9 tablet. Here are the full specfications and pricing of both devices.

HONOR Pad V9 Specifications and Price

The HONOR Pad V9 tablet was originally launched last year in China, it is now available in the global market. This tablet is ideal for those desiring laptop-like display quality with features suitable for streaming platforms. The display's attributes are particularly appealing to tablet users.

Coming to the features, the HONOR Pad V9 boasts an 11.5-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2800 × 1840 pixels. It offers a 144Hz refresh rate, enhancing gaming and multimedia experiences. With a peak brightness of 500 nits and a pixel density of 274 PPI, it supports HDR Vivid, a color depth of 1.07 billion, and the P3 color gamut, making it perfect for OTT fans.

Under the hood, the tablet is powered by a 4nm Octa Core Dimensity 8350 Elite chipset, running on Android 15 OS with MagicOS 9.0. It includes a Mali G615 GPU for graphics performance similar to smartphones. The device comes with 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage space. The camera setup includes a 13MP main camera with Auto Focus and an 8MP front camera with Fixed Focus. The main camera supports recording in 4K resolution. The tablet features a dual-cell battery system with a total capacity of 10100mAh and supports fast charging at 66W.

Despite its large battery capacity, the tablet maintains a slim profile at just 6.1mm thick and weighs only 475 grams. It includes eight speakers for superior audio quality alongside video playback. In terms of connectivity, the HONOR Pad V9 supports dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth version 5.2.

The Honor Pad V9 price is set at EUR 449.90 (roughly Rs 40,000) and is currently available in global markets like Europe and the UK, It is anticipated to reach other regions soon, including India.

HONOR Watch 5 Ultra Specifications

The Honor Watch 5 Ultra, a new entrant in the smartwatch market, is built to endure with an IP68 rating, making it resistant to dust and water. This resilience is further enhanced with its Free Diving Mode, allowing adventures up to 40 metres underwater. Adding to its robust features, the watch is powered by a 480mAh battery, offering an impressive 15-day lifespan with regular use, though its price remains undisclosed.

This smartwatch flaunts a 1.5-inch LTPO AMOLED screen, boasting a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels. Its display, protected by sapphire glass, supports a variable refresh rate that peaks at 60Hz. For user convenience, it features an always-on display, showcasing critical information without the need to wake the screen.

Beyond its durable design and sophisticated display, the Honor Watch 5 Ultra is a health and fitness enthusiast's companion, offering over 100 sports modes. It doesn't stop there; it also comes with sleep, heart rate, and blood-oxygen tracking capabilities. Notably, it includes an ECG tracking feature for immediate heart health readings and delivers a Healthy Morning Report, summarizing the prior day's health metrics.
