Using the taxi aggregator model, it has a few ambulances of its own and for the rest it has tied up with other service providers whose staff will be trained by it.
Samit Kumar Biswas, CEO of Advatech Healthcare, said the company started with five ambulances in Kolkata and would soon start operating from Gurgaon, Pune, Bangalore and Goa.
"Altogether we will have 200 ambulances under our network in five cities by the end of this year," Biswas told reporters here.

The ambulances, which come in three categories of transport, basic life support and advanced life support, can be booked 24x7 via both app as well as through their call centre.
The company official said they are also connecting with patients in the districts of West Bengal by offering the ambulance service in places like Burdwan.
"All the ambulances have helpers and pulse oxymeter to measure how much oxygen is needed. The advanced ambulances have remotely controlled patient ventilators and tele consultation equipment," Biswas said.
