Nvidia has just announced a new GPU, the GeForce GTX 1070 Ti. It aims to be the main rival of AMD's recently launched Radeon RX Vega 56.
Nvidia along with its partners will launch the GeForce GTX 1070 Ti graphics cards on November 2. Nvidia's partners include Asus, Gigabyte, MSI, Zotac, Palit, Galax, PNY, and Inno3D. Nvidia's Founders' Edition card, with the same blower-style stock cooler used across the rest of the GTX 1000 series, has officially been retailed at $449 (approximately Rs. 39,000) in the US.
However, manufacturers are also allowed to make custom versions using their own coolers and other methods. The street price will vary due to the existence of cryptocurrency mining.
This product by Nvidia will be available on the launch day in 238 countries including India. You can find one custom-cooed Inno3D model listed on some online retailers for Rs 42,000. The GTX 1070 Ti will also force out factory-overclocked GTX 1070 cards which are priced at this level and even higher. The price of the GTX 1070 has not received a price cut yet.

What's more, it comprises of 2,432 active CUDA cores that are divided into 19 clusters (officially known as Streaming Multiprocessors).
It has a base speed of 1607MHz and a boost speed of 1683MHz. The GTX 1070 Ti uses 8GBps GDDR5 RAM. Its TDP is rated at 180W, and Founders' Edition cards will require a single 8-pin PCIe power connector. Custom cards from Nvidia's partners might have higher factory clock speeds and more robust power requirements, as well as custom circuitry.
With this new GPU, gamers will be able to play at 2,560×1,440 or ultra-wide 1080p monitors at the highest graphics quality settings. Moreover, It is also suited for VR gaming.
