As assured at the time of announcing the OnePlus 7T back in September, the company has launched the OnePlus Care programme in India. The service is touted to be an attempt to reward the user community. Well, this programme is beneficial for both the legacy OnePlus users and new users who purchased the OnePlus 7T.

OnePlus Care programme offers a slew of benefits to the users. Notably, users will not be charged to create a OnePlus account for using these benefits. It is also possible for users to link multiple devices to a single account. Well, these benefits can be availed both from the official OnePlus website and the OnePlus Care app, but it is mandatory to register in the latter. Users need to reserve in advance and confirm their booking via the app to get a discount of 50% on battery replacement.

OnePlus Care Programme Benefits

OnePlus Care programme offers benefits including free extended warranty for a year, upgraded offer with an attractive trade-in value for the older OnePlus smartphones, and a 50% discount on battery replacement. Notably, the company has announced that more exclusive benefits will be offered later for its users.

Talking about the benefits, users of OnePlus 6T, OnePlus 7 and 7 Pro will get one-year of free extended warranty. There will be a 50% discount on the battery replacement cost and the service charge will also be waived off. The battery replacement discount is applicable on OnePlus 3, 3T, OnePlus 5, 5T and OnePlus 6. The battery price is Rs. 1,651 for the OnePlus 3 and 3T and Rs. 1,607 for the other models mentioned above. However, with the OnePlus Care benefits, the cost will be just Rs. 600.

Furthermore, OnePlus will offer an additional discount on some models as follows. For instance, the trade-in value of the OnePlus 7 Pro is Rs. 32,300, OenPlus7 is Rs. 21,700, OnePlus 6 is Rs. 17,400, etc. While there is no additional offer for the 7 and 7 Pro, that of OnePlus 6 and 6T is Rs. 1,500 and it increases for the previous generation models.

How To Avail OnePlus Care Benefits

To get these OnePlus Care benefits, users should download the latest version of the OnePlus Care app from Google Play Store and sign in with their OnePlus account. As of now, there is no limited time frame to avail these benefits using the program.
