OPPO is set to unveil its flagship Find X9 series in China on October 16. Alongside, the brand is also prepping up to launch a new premium tablet, dubbed the OPPO Pad 5. Here's everything you need to know about OPPO's upcoming tablet.

OPPO recently shared a short teaser video of the upcoming OPPO Pad 5, showcasing its ability to open multiple apps seamlessly without any stutter. The video also highlighted its large display and the ColorOS 16.

While the teaser didn't disclose detailed specifications, leaks suggest the tablet could be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ SoC. It is expected to feature a 12.1-inch LCD panel with 3K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The device may also pack a massive 10,300mAh battery with support for 67W wired fast charging. For imaging, the tablet is rumoured to feature an 8MP rear camera.

Moreover, the OPPO Pad 5 is tipped to come in multiple storage options – 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, and 16GB + 512GB. It is also expected to be offered in several colour options, including purple, silver, and grey. Lastly, the tablet could weigh around 579 g. The upcoming tablet will be the upgraded version of the OPPO Pad 4 Pro, which was launched with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.
