Samsung Launches New WindFree ACs in India With AI-Based Cooling
Samsung has launched a new range of Bespoke AI WindFree inverter split air conditioners in India. The lineup includes 23 models across different segments, with prices starting at ₹32,940.

The new series focuses on using software and sensors to adjust cooling based on how the AC is used and the conditions inside the room.
How The Cooling System Works
The AC uses what Samsung calls AI Fast and Comfort Cooling. In practice, it starts by cooling the room quickly and then shifts to a lower-intensity mode once the set temperature is reached.
Instead of blowing cold air directly, the WindFree system spreads air through small vents across the unit. This is meant to maintain temperature without a constant stream of cold air hitting the user.
The system also keeps adjusting based on room conditions and usage patterns.
Energy Use And Efficiency
There’s an AI Energy Mode that changes how the compressor runs depending on the situation. The idea is to reduce unnecessary power usage when full cooling isn’t needed.
Samsung says this can bring down energy consumption by up to 30 percent, although actual results will depend on usage and environment.
Smart Features And Controls
The ACs come with SmartThings integration, which allows remote control through a smartphone. Users can adjust temperature, track usage, and automate certain actions.
Other features include voice control and basic automation modes like switching settings when you leave or enter home.
Availability And Pricing
The Bespoke AI WindFree AC range starts at ₹32,940 in India. It is available through offline stores and online platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, and Samsung’s website.
