The service ensures that products like refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, microwave ovens, and televisions are installed within four hours of request registration. This applies within municipal limits, allowing customers to enjoy their purchases without delay during the festive season.

Personalised Demonstrations for Enhanced Experience

Samsung's expert service engineers will also offer personalised demonstrations for each product. This initiative helps customers understand advanced features and smart usage tips, ensuring they make the most of their devices from the start.

Additionally, customers will receive guidance on connecting their devices to Samsung's SmartThings ecosystem. This app allows seamless integration of appliances for a smarter living experience at home or work.

The service is available across all Samsung consumer durable products. It highlights Samsung's dedication to providing a premium and worry-free ownership experience for Indian consumers.

Service Availability and Conditions

The offer is valid until October 21, 2025. While installation within four hours is guaranteed within municipal limits, areas beyond these limits will have installations completed within 24 hours.

In cases of unforeseen events like natural calamities or adverse weather conditions that restrict movement or cause delays due to traffic or protests, the timeline may not be applicable. Samsung will not be liable for claims or damages arising from such delays beyond its control.
