Samsung Sets The Stage For CES 2026 With Its ‘First Look’ Event In Las Vegas: How To Watch And What To Expect
Samsung is starting its CES week early. The company has confirmed that its annual “First Look” showcase will take place on January 4 at 7 PM PST in the Latour Ballroom at the Wynn Las Vegas.
If you’re tuning in from India, that lines up with 8:30 AM IST on January 5.

What Samsung Plans To Unveil
Samsung says the event will outline its vision for the Device Experience division in 2026, with AI sitting at the center of almost everything the company plans to offer. That means we’ll likely hear about how Samsung wants to tie together phones, TVs, wearables, appliances, and its wider ecosystem through smarter software.
There’s also a big product moment expected. Industry chatter suggests the global launch of the Galaxy Z TriFold will happen here, along with early pricing details. If that happens, this event becomes a major milestone ahead of CES rather than just a warm-up session.
Samsung also hinted that viewers will see updates in display technology and new approaches to smart appliances before the main CES floor even opens.
Who Will Be On Stage
TM Roh, who leads Samsung’s Device Experience division, will headline the presentation. His segment usually sets the overall theme for Samsung’s year, so his message will likely focus on how AI-powered experiences will show up across devices.
Joining him are SW Yong from the Visual Display team and Cheolgi Kim from the Digital Appliances division. Both are expected to talk about their roadmaps for 2026, especially around connected home experiences and next-gen display tech.
These talks tend to mix vision with early demos, so we might see prototypes or feature previews that won’t ship until later in the year.
How To Watch Live From Anywhere
Samsung will stream the event globally, making it easy to tune in regardless of where you are. You can watch it on:
• Samsung Newsroom India
• Samsung’s official YouTube channel
• Samsung TV Plus, the company’s free streaming service
The company will continue hosting exhibitions and hands-on spaces at the Wynn Las Vegas until January 7 for those attending CES in person.
