Samsung's new weapon to attack Apple

Samsung has already started to take steps to destroy Apple and come to the leading position. The company is making lot of implementations to achieve the mighty throne. Samsung has tacked now on four patents that have fresh complaints that are brought against Apple as per the verdict in a German court. One of these four patents involve a method to enter an emoticon on the device screen.

These patents were actually brought after many deliberations that happened in two trials in the German court of which one is Apple suing Samsung and other is the vice versa. These new patents that were resulted in the lawsuits between the two companies, the patent will be continued for some time.

These battles in the court of Germany is actually not the only one as the companies have conflicts in many countries like U.S., South Korea, Australia and parts of Europe.

The other patent will send data that is on the screen to loudspeakers to get a speech output. The third one is a method that is used to configure how the data is transferred to the network and the next patent is a way that will report the inter-frequency measurement during the uplink communications.
