    Sony rolls out Android 4.0 ICS update schedule

     

    Its time for the Android updates to reach the smartphones and tablets. The update has already seen in new devices and carriers. Now Sony has rolled out the plans for the Xperia product lineup. Sony is one of the best manufacturers and it is releasing the Alpha and Beta versions of the Android ICS update.

    The company is following this new policy in order to test the changes before launching the full version. This strategy is getting paid off as the company is updating 11 devices by mid June. The update roll out will start with Xperia by mid April. The Xperia Arc, Play, Mini, Neo, Mini Pro, Active, Pro and Sony Ericsson Live will get this update in late May or early June.

    These two months have been the best in the Android ecosystem. Let us wait and see hoe these updates work.
