Mars Rover 3The Curiosity Rover of NASA has sent back its first high resolution pictures of Mars, that are pretty stunning. The craft made its successful landing on Mars, early this month. The early pictures sent by Curiosity were dim and grainy, but the recent ones have replaced them being sharper and more colorful.
The latest pictures sent by the craft, has captured the Martian landscape. The panoramic mosaic, that comprises of 130 separate images shows the environment to be hazy and rocky, which NASA points to be similar to the desert topography across the southwestern part of US.
