WWDC 2015: Apple Unveils iOS 9 with Smarter Siri and more
Cupertino giant Apple has announced the next version of its OS, which is called as iOS 9. In this iOS version, Apple focuses on upgrading the Siri voice assistant more smarter.

In this version, Siri has feature called Proactive, that offers app suggestions and more based on current situation such as time of day or location, more or less similar to the Google Now.

This feature Proactive lets Siri suggest useful apps depend upon what you are trying to do. Also the company Siri can synchronize the inbox of the users to let to know the ID of incoming calls, which are not in the address book.
All of this is wrapped into a new user interface for Spotlight that appears when you swipe down on a home screen in iOS.
Moreover, this iOS version comes with deep linking within Spotlight searches, which lets the users to within the applications during the system wide search.
Spotlight can do unit conversions without any reference to web. On the other hand, Apple Pay is also getting updates in iOS 9, which will be launched in UK first.
This Apple Pay is compatible with more banks and credit card providers, which now is gaining loyalties among the card holders. Apple has intergrated rewards cards into Apple Pay, where Dunkin' Donuts, Walgreens, Wegmans, and Kohl's seems to support it.
Anyhow, Apple now replaces the Passbook with the Wallet which integrates credit cards, debit cards, store cards, and loyalty cards in one place. The notes app also got some new features such as image insertion, checklists, and sketches.
Apple Map, which doesn't go well before got revamped and updated with transict directions. This directions includes trains, buses, subways, and is launching in more than 20 cities, including New York, San Francisco, Beijing, London, Berlin, and more.
Another new entry into the iOS 9 is the News app, where you can get all the information at one place from various sources. For this app, Apple has partnered with CNN, Time, Wired, ESPN, Buzzfeed, The Verge. As you can easily find it out, it is similar to that of Flipboard. This News app will be available will be available in US, UK and Australia.
