Design That Stands Out

The OPPO Reno10 5G comes in two fabulous finishes - Ice Blue and Silvery Grey. The Ice Blue variant resembles sunshine rays passing through blue ice, made possible using a microscopic crystal structure and a finer matte effect. The Silvery Grey variant uses the same technique as an overlay for the gray color creating a calming and smooth metallic texture. The Reno10 5G also features OPPO's Glow finish, which is visually stunning, and feels comfortable, while also being resistant to fingerprint smudges and dirt.

Add to that, the new custom camera matrix on the rear panel featuring an innovative two-part design, where the upper part has a CD pattern metal finish, housing the main camera and the flash module, while the lower made, back of the same rear glass material houses the industry's first ultra-high resolution 32MP telephoto portrait camera and the ultrawide camera. You can instantly tell the Reno10 5G out from others from this contrasting two-tone camera module.

At just 7.99mm and 185 grams, the Reno10 5G has an ultra-slim body with a 3D dual curved design with a 56-degree curved display and a 3D back cover that not only offers a fantastic grip, but also makes the phone appear much thinner.

It's easily one of the most vivid and brightest panels we have seen in this price range. OPPO uses tough AGC DragontrailTM Star 2 glass to protect the screen from scratches. The back panel of the Reno10 5G is safeguarded by extremely tough, segment-leading Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

Cameras That Turn You Into a Professional

The Reno10 5G comes with a professional 32MP telephoto-portrait camera with 2X optical zoom and 20X digital. The camera includes a large RGBW IMX709 sensor, with a 1/2.74″ light-sensing surface area, and 0.8um pixel pitch. OPPO has packed the industry's highest-resolution telephoto camera in this price segment. The telephoto camera can shoot portraits with a minimum 25cm focusing distance, and at an effective 47mm focal length (in 2X zoom) resulting in pro-grade portrait shots in the range of a classic 50mm lens.

The camera is aided by ALD anti-reflective coating that prevents green and red glares, reducing light reflectivity by 70%, while a BG spin-coating process ensures that infrared light is absorbed, minimizing stray light and glare, keeping the image pure and natural.

The rest of the camera system is just as powerful with a 64MP ultra-clear primary camera, along with an 8MP IMX355 ultra-wide camera with a 112-degree field of view. The incredible camera system (we did test it out for a bit) captures every single detail with excellent clarity even when we were shooting in dark environments. The main camera can also do 4K video recording capturing rich details for your vlogs.

No Reno phone is complete without an adept selfie shooter. The Reno10 5G features a 32MP OV32C sensor with f/2.4 aperture, facilitating 22mm equivalent portrait selfies.

Performance That Never Lets You Down

The Reno10 5G runs on the mighty MediaTek Dimensity 7050 mobile platform, built on a 6nm process with a CPU speed of 2.6GHz. These numbers translate into blazing-fast performance in its price segment, along with 5G connectivity. The Reno10 5G also includes OPPO's Dynamic Computing Engine, a series of system-level optimizations worked out in tandem with Google. Plus, there's the RAM extension feature that converts up to 8GB of unused onboard flash storage into temporary RAM to boost the performance.

The performance was put through a series of rigorous tests at OPPO's labs to achieve a 48-Month Fluency Protection ensuring the smoothest performance for at least four years.

Fast Charging That Sets a New Benchmark

The Reno10 5G is a leader in the charging experience with a 67W SUPERVOOCTM flash charging that delivers a full charge in as little as 47 minutes. And if you don't have that long, a 30-minute charge is enough to top up to 70% of the massive 5000mAh battery.

We put this claim to the test, and indeed that phone charged from nothing to 15% within 2 minutes, which was enough for over three hours of YouTube viewing. The battery hit 35% within 15 minutes, and 69% within 30 minutes. After that, the phone goes into trickle charging mode to conserve battery health, taking around 47 minutes for a full charge. That's less than the time it takes for most of us to get ready for work. Battery anxiety is going to be a thing of the past.

What's more, the Reno10 5G provides safe and reliable charging even in extreme scenarios. It features a Freeze Protection Algorithm that safeguards the battery in extreme conditions, ensuring a consistent charging experience from -20℃ to 35℃

The Reno10 5G also includes OPPO's exclusive Battery Health Engine that extends the lifespan of the smartphone to as many as 1,600 charge cycles, enough to keep the phone running in perfect condition for up to 4 years.

The Battery Health Engine in fact won the 2023 SEAL Business Sustainability Award, adding to the growing international recognition of OPPO's efforts to enhance sustainability through technical innovation. It's a far better way to save the environment than removing the charger from the box, just sayin'.
