Apart from the latest iOS iPhone 15 series, Apple unveiled its smartwatches: Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2.

The Apple Watch 9 will be available in Aluminum and Stainless-steel casings. Color options include Starlight, Midnight, Silver, Red, and Pink for the aluminum model. Silver, Gold, and Graphite colors color options are available for the Stainless-steel version.

Display: The display can go up to 2000 nits peak brightness and also down to 1 nit for better visibility in dark environments.

Sensors: Double Tap and pinch gestures allow users to use their thumb and index finger to operate the Apple Watch 9 series smartwatches. They work by monitoring changes in blood flow and wrist movement via the accelerometer and gyroscope sensors. Double Tap allows users to play/pause music, snooze alarms, scroll through widgets, and receive or end calls.
