Honor Magic6 Pro Launched in India

Honor has officially launched its first flagship smartphone in India since its return in 2023. The Honor Magic6 Pro arrives with top-of-the-line cameras, a flagship chip, an LTPO OLED display, a massive silicon-carbon battery, and more.

The Honor Magic6 Pro price in India is set at Rs 89,999 for the sole 12GB/512GB model. The Honor Magic6 Pro will go on sale in India on August 15 at midnight (12:00 am IST). The phone comes in Epi Green and Black color options.

The Honor Magic6 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset paired with the Adreno 750 GPU. The phone comes with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The Honor Magic6 Pro runs Android 14-based Magic UI 8.0.

The handset also packs a 5600 mAh silicon-carbon battery with a built-in HONOR E1 Power Enhanced Chip. The Magic6 Pro supports 80W Wired SuperCharge and 66W HONOR Wireless SuperCharge. It is equipped with the HONOR C1+ chip for Universal Connection.

Honor’s latest flagship smartphone sports a 6.8-inch 1.5K Quad-Curved Floating LTPO OLED display with a peak brightness of 5,000 nits. The screen supports an adaptive 120Hz (1Hz – 120Hz) refresh rate and 4320Hz High-Frequency PWM Dimming.

For optics, the Magic6 Pro features a 50MP OmniVision OVH9000 primary sensor that supports OIS and an f/1.3 aperture, a 50MP ultrawide lens with a 122? FOV, and a 180MP periscope-telephoto lens with OIS, 2.5x optical zoom and 10x seamless zoom.

The camera system also features an AI capture algorithm and Honor AI Motion Sensing Capture. Up front, the Honor Magic6 Pro opts for a 50MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture and autofocus as well as a ToF 3D sensor.

According to DXOMARK, the Honor Magic6 Pro has the best selfie camera performance of any smartphone with a score of 151 points and the second highest rear camera performance with a score of 158 points.
