Vivo V40e 5G Goes Official in India With 120Hz Display and 50MP Selfie Camera

The Vivo V40e was launched today (September 25) as the third smartphone in the V40 lineup. Here's everything you should know about the latest Vivo V40e 5G.

The Vivo V40e features a 6.77-inch FHD+ Curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.

At the rear, it has a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor with OIS support and an 8MP ultrawide lens with a 116° Field of View. Up front, the phone gets a 50MP AF Samsung JN1 selfie camera sensor.

The Vivo V40e runs on Android 14-based Funtouch OS 14 and packs a 5,500 mAh battery with 80W wired fast charging support.

The Vivo V40e price in India starts from Rs 28,999 for the base 8GB/128GB model, while the 8GB/256GB variant will cost Rs 30,999. The Vivo V40e will go on sale in India from October 2 in Royal Bronze and Mint Green shades. There is an instant 10% discount or a flat 10% exchange bonus on HDFC Bank or SBI card transactions.
