Vivo Y18e Goes Official In India

Vivo has silently launched a new Y-series smartphone named the Vivo Y18e in India. The brand did not post anything on its social media handle. However, it has been listed on the brand's official site.

The Vivo Y18e comes with a price tag of Rs 7,999 for the sole 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant. It is available for purchase on Vivo eStore.

The Vivo Y18e has a 6.56-inch full-HD (720 x 1,612) LCD display with up to 90Hz refresh rate and 440 nits local peak brightness. There is a waterdrop notch at the front to house the selfie camera.

The device is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC paired with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB of eMMC 5.1 storage. The onboard storage can also be expanded through a microSD card.

There is a 13MP dual rear camera and a 5MP selfie sensor for imaging. The Vivo V18e also packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 15W charging support.

For connectivity, the phone supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and a USB Type-C port. It also includes an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.

The Vivo Y18e is offered in two colour options namely - Space Black and Gem Green.
