Samsung Galaxy S25 Series to Support Google Gemini Live in Hindi at Launch

Samsung has announced that its Galaxy S25 series will come with Google's Gemini Live AI, supporting Hindi, English, and Korean from day one. This move highlights Samsung's focus on the Indian market, making its AI-driven features more accessible to a wider range of users.

With AI becoming a central part of modern smartphones, Samsung's decision to introduce Hindi support at launch reflects a broader effort to expand natural language interactions across different regions.

Samsung's Approach to AI and Language Support

Samsung's TM Roh, President and Head of MX Business, emphasized that language support is a key part of the company's AI strategy.

"Google Gemini Live would be provided in Korean, English, and Hindi. We are starting with these three languages for Galaxy S25 Gemini Live, and then we will expand to other languages as well. So once again, you can see the importance of the Indian market to us."

This marks one of the first instances where Samsung is offering AI-powered multilingual support at launch, rather than rolling it out gradually over time. While additional languages are expected to be introduced later, Hindi's inclusion from the start highlights its significance in a market where it is widely spoken.

AI-Powered Conversations and Hybrid AI Technology

The Galaxy S25 series is designed to integrate AI at multiple levels, using a Hybrid AI approach. This means it combines on-device AI processing with cloud-based intelligence, allowing the device to handle both real-time and complex AI interactions.

With Google Gemini Live, users will be able to engage in more natural conversations with their devices, making tasks like translation, information retrieval, and contextual responses more seamless. This integration is part of a larger trend where smartphones are evolving beyond simple voice assistants into more interactive AI companions.

Galaxy S25 Series Pre-Orders Begin in India

The Galaxy S25 series, including the Galaxy S25 Ultra, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25, is now available for pre-orders in India. The starting price is ₹80,999, while the high-end Ultra model is priced at ₹1.65 lakh for the 12GB RAM and 1TB storage variant.

Samsung is also offering pre-order incentives, suggesting a push to attract early buyers.
