Samsung has applied for the trademarking for its Galaxy Tab A, Galaxy Tab E and Galaxy Tab J, earlier this year. Now, the South Korean tech giant, is gearing up to release the Galaxy Tab E, but has not made any official announcement yet.

Is Samsung Planning To Launch Galaxy Tab E?

The Galaxy Tab E has been listed in the Taiwanese magazine and will comes with model number bearing SM-T560, according to a report by Blog of Mobile. However, the report has not mentioned the exact launch date and availability.

The tablet will sport a 9.7 inch display with 1280 x 768 pixels resolution, but do not support the 4:3 aspect ration as the company adopted for Galaxy Tab S2. It is powered by 1.3GHz processor most likely to be a quad-core unit and will run on the Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system.

The Galaxy Tab E will hold a 5 megapixel rear camera and will come with the new TouchWiz UI similar to the Galaxy S6 or the upcoming Galaxy J7 smartphone.

Meanwhile, it is also rumored that the Tab E could possibly be the Galaxy Tab 5, which was leaked around the same time during the trademark application.
