Samsung Galaxy View 18.4 inch tablet images surfaced online


Samsung has hinted at a large-screen tablet - the Galaxy View (SM-T670) at the IFA, last month. The South Korean company also confirmed some of the leaked images and specification of that appeared on the the GFXBench.

Several images of the large tablet with 18.4-inch display have appeared on SamMobile. But, it lacks the Samsung's signature home button on the front, unlike other Samsung tablets.

It has a stand on the back to give it support. There is a front facing camera along with an ambient light sensor on the front. Rumors suggest that the tablet will come in a 18.5-inch full HD display with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels at 119 PPI.

The device is powered by a 1.6GHz Octa-Core Exynos 7580 processor with Mali-T720 GPU that runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. It comes packed with 2GB of RAM and has an internal storage of 32GB that is expandable with microSD.

The stand has a handle that helps to carry the 18.4 inch tablet with great ease. There is no appearance of a rear camera. It has a 3.5mm audio jack, USB port and a power port. It also suggests that some physical features have been adopted from a desktop or Laptop. The Galaxy View is rumored to measure an estimated 451.8×275.8×11.9mm. The tablet is set to be officially announced next week.
