This year's Computex is already up and running with a number of big names coming to the front with their own products that are expected to arrive later down the year. And with more and more tech now coming to the front, we can only expect an eventful year ahead of us.

This year's Computex event in Taipei, the capital of the Republic of China, is currently happening at the same time frame as that of Apple annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) event for 2014. And needless to say that although both the events are quite important, both are getting the kind of recognition they deserve.

Asus announced the thin and light ASUS ZenBook NX500 at this year's Computex event. It is basically a 15.6-inch Ultrabook that packs a 3840 x 2160 screen, Core i7 processor, discrete NVIDIA GeForce GTX 850 graphics and up to 16GB of RAM -- all this in quite a thin and light frame.
