Anti-Spam and Anti-Smishing System

In addition to the e-SIM launch, BSNL has unveiled an Anti-Spam and Anti-Smishing system. This tool aims to protect subscribers from fraudulent communications by identifying and blocking suspicious links in phishing messages before they reach users. It ensures secure delivery of critical communications such as OTPs, banking alerts, and government notifications.

The new system is designed to enhance security for BSNL subscribers by preventing fraudulent messages from compromising their personal information. This initiative reflects BSNL's dedication to providing safe communication channels for its users.

While BSNL has not yet confirmed whether migrating from a physical SIM to an e-SIM will incur additional charges or be free of cost, it continues to focus on expanding its services nationwide.
