BSNL Launches Bharat Connect Plan With Daily Data and Unlimited Calls: Check Price, Validity, Benefits
BSNL is reshaping its offerings with a mix of long-term value and discounted broadband pricing.
The state-run telecom operator has introduced a new prepaid option called the Bharat Connect Plan in India, combining daily data with year-long validity. At the same time, BSNL has revised the pricing of its Superstar Premium broadband plan, making high-speed internet and bundled OTT access more affordable.

BSNL Bharat Connect Plan: Price, Benefits, and Validity
The Bharat Connect Plan is priced at ₹2,626 and comes with a validity of 365 days.
According to BSNL, subscribers get:
- 2.6GB high-speed data per day
- Unlimited voice calls across networks
- 100 SMS per day
The plan is positioned as a year-long prepaid option for users who consume data regularly but don’t want to recharge frequently.
BSNL has confirmed that the Bharat Connect Plan is a limited-period offer, available from January 24 to February 24. Users can recharge through the BSNL Recharge Express platform, BReX, which is accessible via the company’s official chatbot.
BSNL Cuts Price of Superstar Premium Broadband Plan
Alongside the prepaid launch, BSNL has also revised the pricing of its Superstar Premium broadband plan.
The plan now costs ₹799 per month, down from ₹999 earlier. It offers:
- 200Mbps internet speeds
- 5,000GB monthly data allowance
BSNL has also introduced a 20 percent discount for users who choose a 12-month advance payment, lowering the effective cost further.
The revised pricing and discount offer will remain available until March 31, 2026.
OTT Bundles and Upgrade Options
The Superstar Premium plan includes bundled access to multiple OTT platforms, including Sony LIV, Lionsgate, JioHotstar, Epic On, Hungama, and Shemaroo.
Users can upgrade to the Superstar Premium plan through BSNL’s WhatsApp support channel, adding a relatively simple upgrade path for existing customers.
Who the Bharat Connect Plan Is For
The structure of the plan makes it clear who BSNL is targeting.
Instead of short-term packs, the Bharat Connect Plan is designed for users who want predictable data usage over an entire year. It could appeal to people who rely heavily on mobile data but prefer fewer recharge cycles.
At the same time, the limited availability suggests BSNL is testing how much demand exists for such long-duration prepaid bundles.
