Does Reliance Jio 4G Limit the Call Time to 30 Minutes Per Call? Let’s Find Out
According to some reports spotted online, it is said that Reliance Jio is limiting the calls to 30 minutes per call, which is quite annoying.
Nearly, five months ago, a relatively new telecom service named Reliance Jio forayed into Indian telecom market with an attractive offer for selected users of Samsung VoLTE smartphones. A couple of months later, the service became official for all the people in the country with a 4G smartphone.

The data speeds before the official launch of Jio 4G were touching the skies, however, after the official launch, the impeccable data speeds are gone due to the massive increase in the user base. In an official note released recently, the service has now crossed over 24 million users in just two months.
Now, a relatively new news popping out online saying that the telecom service is limiting the calls to just 30 minutes per call, which is quite annoying at times. Read on know more about the issue.
30 Minutes Per Call?
The report first came from MakTechBlog, where the writer claims that the Jio is limiting the calls to just 30 minutes per calls. The blog further says that he tested the issue by calling from Jio to Idea Cellular and vice versa and all the time, the result was the same.
No Official Information from RJIL
The issue was later on reported by several users over the country and everyone is claiming the same. But, neither of the Jio's official website doesn't have any info about this issue.
Is the Problem from Reliance Jio?
As of now, there is no info whether this issue is from the side of Reliance Jio or rivals is causing the issue.
The Issue is Quite Annoying!
Users over the country have expressed their views in Twitter regarding this issue and states the issue as the most annoying one.
Happens With Jio4GVoice App as well.
The issue even appears with the official Jio4GVoice as well. So, it looks like the issue is at the server end and Jio might be restricting the calls to just 30 minutes. We will keep you updated with this issue once after receiving some information.
