Reliance Jio MNP: Terms and Conditions You Should Know Before Porting
Reliance Jio has already got a massive user base in the country with over 26 million customers and we have been constantly receiving some good amount of queries regarding the MNP to the service.
Within just over three months, Reliance Jio has already added 26 million customers to their user base, which is quite an achievement. The complete attraction to the new entrant was their Welcome Offer, where users can enjoy complete free services for three months.

After making the service available to general public on September 1, RJIL started accepting mobile number portability service from other networks. Here are the terms and conditions you need to know before applying for an MNP to Reliance Jio.
Available National Wide
According to the Reliance Jio's official website, the MNP service is available all over the country, which means that you can apply for a port even from a small village.
Your Old SIM Card Should be 90 Days Old
In order to request the MNP, your present SIM card should be activated for 90 days. If not, you're not eligible to port the network.

UPC Generated Will be Valid for 15 Days
Before approaching the nearest Reliance Digital store, you have to generate a Unique Porting Code (UPC) from your present network by sending a message to PORT to 1900. If you are eligible, you will get a unique porting code, which will be valid for 15 days.
You Can Withdraw Your Porting Request within 24 Hours
If you've mistakenly generated a UPC, you can withdraw your request within 24 hours. After that, you won't be able to withdraw your request.
Porting Process Will Take 7 Working Days
After you have submitted the documents and received your new SIM, you have to wait seven days to the new SIM to be activated. And, you many face service unavailable issue for 24 hours.
