UPC Generated Will be Valid for 15 Days

Before approaching the nearest Reliance Digital store, you have to generate a Unique Porting Code (UPC) from your present network by sending a message to PORT to 1900. If you are eligible, you will get a unique porting code, which will be valid for 15 days.

You Can Withdraw Your Porting Request within 24 Hours

You Can Withdraw Your Porting Request within 24 Hours

If you've mistakenly generated a UPC, you can withdraw your request within 24 hours. After that, you won't be able to withdraw your request.

Porting Process Will Take 7 Working Days

Porting Process Will Take 7 Working Days

After you have submitted the documents and received your new SIM, you have to wait seven days to the new SIM to be activated. And, you many face service unavailable issue for 24 hours.
