Reliance Jio Orange Pack vs Blue Pack: Here's the Difference
Lately, Reliance Jio has been creating a lot of buzz in the Indian telecom sector with their uber cheap tariff plans and attractive Welcome Offer (formerly known as Preview offer).
At their launch event on September 1, Mukesh Ambani said that they are also providing some exciting offers for enterprise customers, however, he did not reveal any date. Having said that, there are no rumors regarding the same.

It is worth noticing that, several users over the internet reported that some of the Reliance Digital stores over several cities offered them a Jio 4G SIM card which is enclosed in a blue package, which is different from the usual orange colored packaging, which every user supposed to get.

Blue Packaging is for MNP
According to us, the blue packaging is specially meant for users who are porting from another network to Reliance Jio. And, these people are supposed to receive a Jio 4G SIM with the blue pack.
Meant for Enterprise Users
As said earlier, the blue packaging is specially meant for enterprise users. However, there is no word on when the company starts issuing SIM cards to enterprises.

They are for Reliance Employees
Before making the service available for selected users, Reliance issues Jio 4G SIM cards for their employees and other users used to grab a SIM card with the help of the invites sent by the employees of Reliance. And, the employees used to get the Jio SIM card with blue packaging at that point of time.
Both Offer Same Goodies
It doesn't mean that your blue packaging Jio SIM card doesn't offer the same offers as orange packaging Jio SIM card. It does offer the same unlimited calls, SMS, and of course, unlimited 4G data.

Why Stores Issue the Blue Packaging Jio SIM?
The answer is simple. Due to the overwhelmed response from the public, the stores ran out of stock for the normal orange packed Jio SIM's. And, to not disappoint their users, they started issuing the blue package SIM cards to the general public.
