We've had this device for quite some time and now it's time to show you how it works or if I must say how to operate it in an easier way.
Tips and Tricks to operate Motorola Moto 360
Opening the Setting
Most of the time, the setting option is lost with other apps, be it in a smartphone or a wearable timepiece but with Android Wear running in its vein, Moto 360 can open the setting menu just with a simple swipe down. Another way to do it is by simply pressing and holding the physical button on the right side of the device.

One of the most significant reasons why people will buy smartwatch is to read notifications. However, sometimes too many notifications can annoy you. Therefore, if in case you face the same problem, no worries because with Moto 360, you can easily manage notification with a single swipe down from the watch screen ad selecting the preference. You can mute all or any notification from this panel.
Amazingly the same dropdown screen will also show you the battery status.
Remotely monitor battery life
Again another amazing aspect of the smartwatch is the remotely accessing the device. Especially, when you are charging the Moto 360 and you happen to be in the other room, you can simply use your phone to see the battery status. However, for this you will have to install Motorola Connect app and pair it with your watch.
Customization of notifications
Android for wearables has been tweaked in a fascinating way. It can give the users the ability to decide the apps for which you want the notification.
First install Android Wear from the Play Store. Now pair your device > Tap the setting icon in the top bar > tap "Mute app notifications" > Tap the "+" button and select any app you don't want to see notifications from.
Muting you phone when you are wearing Moto 360
Isn't it irritating when you get notification on you watch and on your phone as well. What's the use of having a watch when you also get it in your phone any way. To free you from this hassle, Android Wear app has a setting that allows you to silence your phone when a watch is connected. To do this first open the Android Wear app > Tap the setting icon > Tap "Silence connected phone" > Select "Alert on watch only"
Find your phone
Misplacing your smartphone once in a while is not a surprise anymore. No matter how careful you are and how organized you may be, phones tend to get lost anywhere, and that it "Okay". If you have a Moto 360, it will double up its functionality as your phone finder as well.
First you need to download Find My Phone app on your watch and phone. Now you can launch it from your watch whenever you can't find your phone.
Dim the screen
One of the easiest of the tips for Moto 36o is probably this one. Dimming the display is very easy as you will just have to place your hand over the screen for a second.

There are quite a lot of apps that will mirror the notification to your wrist. But I'm sure, you wouldn't want that. Therefore Moto 360 offers you to customize your default apps. To do this, open Android Wear on your phone > tap Settings > go to Mute App Notifications > tap the Plus icon > select the apps you want to block.

Enabling Sunlight mode
Reading the smartphone or even smartwatch under bright sunlight is always annoying. Everyone knows what I am talking about here. Moto 360 is no exception to it. In this device, you can boost the brightness on your watch for a few seconds to make it easier to read. To do this, you should simply tap the screen to turn it on and then quickly press the side power button three times. This will enable the sunlight mode for approximately 3 seconds.
