Ditching the traditional 3.5mm audio jack, the Chinese handset maker LeEco has announced the latest CDLA technology for an enhanced audio experience. The company has implemented this technology from its latest devices, including Le 2, LeMax 2 smartphones respectively.
Certified by the Music Association of China, these headphones will be plugged into the USB Type-C port, which will stream lossless audio to a decoder chip inside the headphones themselves.
What is CDLA?
The full form of CDLA -- Continual Lossless Digital Audio! Pioneered by LeEco, this new digital architecture enables the end to end lossless digital music transmission. Here, all the CDLA headphones have their own ID, so it knows what recommendations and preferences it can offer. The LeEco has launched an exclusive Type-C CDLA earphones at a price of Rs. 1990 and will be available through Lemall.com in India
