It looks like Motorola owned by Lenovo might soon announce the launch of a couple of new Moto Mods meant for the Moto Z smartphones.
The information was revealed by the reliable tipster Evan Blass as he posted the renders of the yet to be announced Moto Mods accessories on his Twitter handle. His tweet shows that the company has been working on these accessories since the beginning of the year, the MWC 2017 to be specific. Well, the talk is about the Amazon Alexa speaker and Polaroid Insta-Share printer.
Undoubtedly, Amazon is looking to expand the scope of its voice assistant Alexa-powered smart speakers. The Alexa smart speaker mod will convert the Moto Z smartphone into a compact Echo smart speaker. With this Moto Mod, users of the smartphone can get the latest news, control their home, shop online and get weather updates just with their voice commands.
When it comes to the other one that has been leaked, the Polaroid Insta-Share Printer, this mod will take the users back to the time when cameras were able to print the hard copy of the photograph instantly. This mod will convert the Moto Z smartphone into an instant photo printer or Polaroid camera as soon as it is snapped onto the device. The leaked render of the Polaroid Insta-Share Printer mod shows that there will be a slot for the printed images to roll out and a cut-out for the rear camera of the smartphone.
For now, there is no clarity on when these new Moto Mods will be launched and the exact pricing of the same. As the renders have been leaked, we can expect the launch to happen sometime soon without any delay. Let's await the launch so that two more Moto Mods are added to the existing list and the Moto Z users have a plethora of choices to get an enhanced user experience.
