Astrum a rather 'new technology' brand has announced its new Bluetooth Speaker- ST150. Priced at Rs. 2790, the ST 150 Bluetooth speaker comes with a portable and durable design and is backed by a 10W audio driver.

Astrum ST150 runs on Bluetooth version 4.0, however we would have preferred the latest Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity.

The 10W speakers are shockproof and dustproof produce 360 degree surround sound with loud base which the company claims can be felt upto 10 m of distance. At 450gms the slim speakers can also fit in the pockets easily.

The Astrum ST150 is powered by a 700 mAh Li-ion battery. As per Astrum, the battery gives the speakers a playback duration of upto 4 hours with a single charge. Astrum ST150 is made out of aluminum.

The Astrum ST150 supports Bluetooth and AUX, which is standard for most of the speakers available in this price range. It would have been much appreciated though if the speakers also supported FM radio and microSD card

The Astrum ST150 is available for sale in India at all retail stores and on Amazon.in at Rs. 2,790. The Bluetooth speaker will be available in two color variants\ including Black and White.

Astrum previously launched its foldable bluetooth speakers HT600 with leather headband and earcups. The HT600 speakers were priced at Rs4,990. The Blutooth speaker HT600 ships out with Bluetooth version 4.0.
