CMF Portable Bluetooth Speaker M and Speaker S Launched: Check Price, Specifications and Features
CMF by Nothing has entered the portable audio segment with two Bluetooth speakers aimed at users who want rugged design, app-based sound control and multi-speaker playback without moving into premium pricing. The new CMF Speaker S and CMF Speaker M bring IP68 dust and water resistance, Bluetooth 6.0 and support for both stereo pairing and broader party-style playback.
The launch expands CMF beyond phones, earbuds and wearables, and gives Nothing a more complete accessories line. Both speakers follow the brand’s geometric design language and will be sold in white, turquoise, dark grey and orange. Sales have opened through Nothing’s online store and select retail partners.

CMF Speaker S and Speaker M Specifications
The CMF Speaker S is the smaller option. It uses a 45mm full-range driver with dual passive radiators and delivers up to 10W RMS output. CMF claims a frequency response range of 70Hz to 20kHz, making it better suited for compact, personal listening rather than large-room audio.
The CMF Speaker M is positioned as the more powerful model. It gets a dedicated 25W woofer and a 10W tweeter, giving it a total rated output of 35W RMS. Its frequency response is rated at 60Hz to 20kHz, which should help it produce fuller low-end sound compared with the smaller model.
Both speakers use an adaptive tuning algorithm that CMF says analyses playback and adjusts output and EQ in real time. Users can also switch on Ultra Bass or Wide Soundstage modes. The Nothing X app adds four EQ presets: Balanced, More Bass, More Treble and Voice.
Connectivity, Battery Life and Price
For pairing, the speakers support NFC tap-to-pair, Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair. Dual-device connectivity is also included, allowing one speaker to remain connected to two source devices. USB-C audio support is available too, which gives users a wired option when Bluetooth is not preferred.
CMF has included physical controls on both models. A tactile knob handles playback, track changes, volume and Ultra Bass toggling. Separate buttons are available for power, Bluetooth pairing and Auracast-based multi-speaker playback. Stereo Mode requires two identical CMF speakers, while Party Mode can work with compatible speakers from other brands.
Battery life is rated at up to 18 hours at 50 percent volume with Ultra Bass enabled. A 10-minute top-up is claimed to provide around one hour of listening. The CMF Speaker S is priced at $59, while the CMF Speaker M costs $109. India pricing has not been detailed in the provided launch information.
