Google brings Arts & Culture App that finds a replica of you, in India
Google Arts & Culture app uses a computer vision technology that automatically matches a selfie clicked by the user to the work of classical art.
Google is known for bringing out new and interesting technology features for the masses. Now the tech giant has made one of its latest innovations available for the Indian consumers. Some of you might already have heard about the quite popular Google Arts & Culture App which matches your selfie with replica artwork available at any corner of the world. Yes you heard it right, the app finds your doppelganger situated at any part of the world as an artwork.

Even though there were some privacy related concerns amongst the users, Google has cleared all the air which was concerning the app users. As per a report on Quartz a company spokesperson said that "Google is not using these selfies for anything else other than art".

The app works on searching the closest matching artwok along with an approximate percentage of similarity between the artwork and users selfie.
As per the report in Economic Times a Google spoksperson commented that "At Google Arts & Culture, our software engineers are always experimenting with new and creative ways to connect you art and culture.
