Jio has launched a new smart Bluetooth tracker named the JioTag Air in India. This is the company's second tracker which comes as a successor to the JioTag. It is now compatible with both iOS and Android devices.

The JioTag Air supports Bluetooth 5.3 and can work with Apple's Find My network and JioThings. People who frequently misplace their keychains or wallets can be used to find these items via the Find My app on iPhones or the JioThings app on Android devices.

The tracker is claimed to offer a battery life of up to 2 years. It weighs just 10 grams and measures 3.8 x 3.8 x 0.7cm in dimension. It also includes a built-in speaker capable of producing sound up to 120 dB, aiding in locating the tracker when needed. This loud sound ensures that users can easily find their misplaced items.

It offers various modes such as find mode and a reminder mode that alerts users if they leave the tracker behind. Additionally, lost mode helps track down a lost JioTag Air. The device can also be used as a pet tracker. It provides information like the last connected location, ring-to-find feature, disconnect alerts on the phone, and more.
