Noise Master Buds Open with Sound By Bose Tech Unveiled at IFA 2026

Noise has taken its premium audio push into a new category with the Master Buds Open, its first open-ear earbuds under the Master Series. Showcased at IFA Berlin 2026, the earbuds use Sound by Bose technology and are set to launch in India in late September 2026.

The launch matters because open-ear earbuds are becoming a distinct alternative to regular in-ear true wireless stereo models. Instead of sealing the ear canal, they sit outside the ear and let users hear traffic, announcements and conversations while listening to music or taking calls.

Noise Master Buds Open Target Everyday Awareness

Noise is positioning the Master Buds Open for users who want audio without full isolation. That makes the format relevant for commuters, runners, office users and people who often take calls while moving through public spaces. The company has not yet revealed battery life, driver size, codec support, water resistance rating or app features.

The key confirmed detail is the use of Sound by Bose technology. Noise has already used the Bose association to strengthen the premium positioning of its Master Series, and the Master Buds Open extend that strategy into a newer form factor. The company is expected to share complete specifications closer to the India sale date.

Open-ear earbuds are different from active noise cancellation earbuds, which are designed to reduce outside sound. Their appeal lies in the opposite use case. They are meant for listeners who do not want to remove earbuds every time they need to stay alert to their surroundings.

Master Series Now Covers Three Audio Formats

The Master Buds Open expand Noise’s Master Series beyond in-ear and over-ear products. The portfolio now includes Master Buds, Master Buds 2, Master Buds Max and the new open-ear model. For Noise, this gives the premium line a wider range of choices across listening styles.

Amit Khatri, Co-founder of Noise, said the Master Series reflects the company’s vision for premium audio through design, sound quality and user experience. He added that the Master Buds Open are the next step after the earlier Master-branded products.

The global unveiling at IFA Berlin also gives the product a larger stage before its India launch. IFA remains one of the major consumer technology exhibitions, and Indian brands increasingly use such events to present products beyond the domestic market.

India Launch and Availability

Noise has confirmed that the Master Buds Open will be available in India through gonoise.com, leading retail stores and major e-commerce platforms from late September 2026. Pricing has not been announced yet, which means its position against other premium earbuds will become clearer only at launch.

For buyers, the main question will be whether Noise can offer strong sound quality, call performance and comfort in an open-ear design. The Sound by Bose branding gives the product a premium hook, but battery life, fit, controls and final price will decide how competitive it feels in India’s growing earbuds market.
