Nothing Headphone 1 Features and Specifications Revealed Ahead of Tomorrow’s Launch
The Nothing Headphone 1 is set to debut on July 1, alongside the Nothing Phone 3. Ahead of this launch, details about these over-ear headphones have surfaced. They are expected to feature active noise cancellation (ANC) and spatial audio capabilities. The headphones might include 40mm driver units with LDAC codec support, powered by a 1,040mAh battery offering up to 54 hours of playback per charge.
According to information from tipster Yogesh Brar shared by Android Headlines, the Nothing Headphone 1 will likely feature dynamic drivers coated with PU and nickel, delivering sound crafted by KEF. These headphones are anticipated to include an eight-band equaliser, adaptive bass enhancement, spatial audio, and on-ear detection for user convenience.

Advanced Features and Connectivity
The headphones are expected to offer adaptive ANC capable of cancelling up to 42dB of noise. Additionally, they may come with a transparency mode for ambient awareness. Supported codecs might include AAC, SBC, and LDAC, adjustable through the Nothing X app available on both Android and iOS platforms.
For connectivity, the Nothing Headphone 1 could be equipped with Bluetooth 5.3 technology and feature an LED indicator for charging status. Fast pairing options like Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair may facilitate quick connections with Android and Microsoft devices.
Battery Performance and Charging
The battery life of these headphones is reported to reach up to 80 hours when ANC is off while using the AAC codec. With ANC activated, this duration might reduce to 35 hours. Using the LDAC codec could result in a battery life of approximately 54 hours without ANC and around 30 hours with it enabled.
Fast charging technology is also expected in the Nothing Headphone 1. A brief five-minute charge could provide up to 2.4 hours of playback with ANC on or up to five hours when it's off.
Nothing's upcoming over-ear headphones are generating interest due to their innovative features and design elements. As anticipation builds for their release alongside the Nothing Phone 3 on July 1st, consumers are eager to experience these new offerings firsthand.
