Olloclip showcased its line of Studio accessories that could be used to improve smartphone photography experience on Apple's iPhones started in the year 2015. The company has taken a step ahead this year, and announced its completed Studio mobile photography system at the ongoing Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2016).
Olloclip Studio is essentially a protective case for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S series of phones, that integrates rail mounting solutions for mountable other accessory parts and a kickstand at the back of the case. Its rugged design protects the iPhone from accidental drops. It works alongside Olloclip's line of iPhone lenses and includes a stabilizing two-finger grip. The new case comes with several adapters for camera accessories. The best part is that the Studio Case can be used with the Studio accessories, or without these, as a standalone iPhone case.
The Olloclip Studio is one crazy accessory that can add mics, lenses, a flash, tripods and other stuff to an iPhone. The company says that its new set of accessories and mounts are good for phone photography or shooting video, but will work well for broadcasting applications like Twitter's Periscope, and to work with social media apps like Instagram, and Facebook.
Take a look at the Olloclip Studio system parts:
Finger Grip - Olloclip's Studio finger grip is meant to improve stability when taking photos or recording video. This part fits over user's two fingers to let them switch between portrait and orientation landscape instantly.
1/4-20 Mounts - The system includes two standard 1/4-20 mounts - one for portrait mode and other for landscape mode. The mount can be used to attach an iPhone with a tripod. It offers better grip, or makes it easy to handle the camera while recording.
Cold-Shoe Adapters - The Studio system also includes two cold-shoe adapters, which let users attach lightweight accessories like a microphone or a light to the iPhone.
Kickstand - this part of the system can be used while watching a movie, editing a video, or reading a website.
As far as its availability details and price are concerned, Olloclip Studio will be launched in January and will retail for $89.99.
