Sony Expands ULT POWER SOUND Series With New Party and Portable Speakers

Sony India has added five new products to its ULT POWER SOUND lineup, offering both large party systems and compact portable speakers.

The second-generation series includes the ULT TOWER 9, ULT TOWER 9AC, ULT FIELD 5, ULT FIELD 3, and a wireless microphone called the ULTMIC1.

A Mix of Party and Portable Options

The new ULT TOWER 9 and ULT TOWER 9AC are designed for large gatherings, with selectable bass modes, 360° Party Sound and Light, and support for connecting up to 100 compatible speakers through Party Connect. The main difference between the two is power:

ULT TOWER 9 runs on battery with up to 25 hours of playback.
ULT TOWER 9AC is a plug-in model for continuous use.

Both include a water-resistant top panel, built-in handle and wheels for portability, and a power bank function for charging other devices.

Portable Models With Long Battery Life

The ULT FIELD 5 and ULT FIELD 3 are portable Bluetooth speakers built with an IP67 rating for resistance to water, dust, shock, and saltwater. Both can connect to up to 100 compatible speakers and support Sony’s Sound Connect app for controls and customization.

ULT FIELD 5: Up to 25 hours of battery life, multi-way strap for carrying, and a 10-band custom equalizer.
ULT FIELD 3: Slightly smaller, with up to 24 hours of battery life and similar connectivity features.

ULTMIC1 for Karaoke and Live Performances

The ULTMIC1 is a wireless microphone aimed at karaoke and live events. It features background noise reduction, up to 20 hours of use on a full charge, and a Duet Assist mode to balance vocals when two mics are used. The mic connects via a plug-and-play dongle and charges through USB.
