Xiaomi Mi Headphones Comfort launched at Rs. 2,999

Apart from launching smartphones, Xiaomi has now announced a new closed-back headphones in India.

Dubbed as Mi Headphones Comfort, Xiaomi has launched its new wired-headphones targeted at audiophiles. The headphone is priced at Rs 2,999 and will go on sale from April 18 on mi.com. The sale will commence at 12:00 PM IST.

The Xiaomi Mi Headphones Comfort features a seamless and minimalistic design. The lightweight headphones come with a comfortable headband with plush and soft PU leather earcups, which the company claims that it will provide a good seal for noise cancellation and in turn, will deliver a better audio experience.

The Mi Headphones Comfort features a 3.5mm jack at the same time the company says that it come willow 32-ohm impedance which means the headphone can be used with most of the smartphones, laptops and other portable music players.

One interesting feature of this headphone is that the user will be able to control music and calls right from the ear cup. As such the headphone comes with a gesture control interface which is present on the left ear cup.

The headphone comes with a 1.4 meter long TPE stretchable audio cable with matte finish. Xiaomi claims the wires on Mi Headphones Comfort are non-toxic, durable, dirt-resistant, tangle-resistant and heat-resistant.

Talking more about the specs, the Mi Headphones Comfort has a sensitivity of 107dB with 32ohm speaker impedance, a frequency range of 20 to 40,000 Hertz, rated power of 50mW and weighs 220 grams.
