ASUS has rolled out the PUR service in India, offering free doorstep pickup and return for accessory warranty replacements. The service supports both work and gaming gear, covers over 17,000 pin codes nationwide, and aims to reduce visits to physical service centres for consumers.
To use PUR, customers first contact ASUS Customer Care and raise a warranty replacement request. The support team then checks product warranty validity and service coverage. Once eligibility is confirmed, ASUS arranges courier pickup and later returns the repaired or replacement accessory to the customer’s address.

The PUR programme operates under ASUS India’s “4A” after-sales framework, which includes Assured Quality, Always-on Support, All-around Coverage, and Added-value Services. PUR strengthens the Added-value Services pillar by creating a structured route for warranty help, supported by nationwide service centres, product quality testing, and international warranty coverage.
ASUS links PUR with existing customer-oriented service schemes to handle warranty replacements from start to finish.
