Disney has recently launched an online streaming subscription called the Disney+ service in select countries. The online streaming service is currently available in the United States, Canada, and the Netherlands. It is expected that the company will launch in other countries soon. The newly launched service is already available on platforms like Android, iOS, Roku, and Amazon Fire TV Stick.
Currently, the company is providing this service at $6.99, which is roughly close to Rs. 500 per month. Disney+ is offering original content including the first episode of Star Wars series and 'The Mandalorian'. Besides, users will get shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and 30 seasons of the 'The Simpsons'.
However, the company has not shared any details when this service is going to available in India. But, a report by Techcrunch informed that Hotsar is likely to bring Disney+ in India after the IPL season. Apart from that, Disney plans its launch in other Southeast Asian countries like Indonesia and Malaysia with Hotstar. In fact, Hotstar has already confirmed this news via its Twitter account.
Hotstar also confirmed via Twitter will bring the streaming service to India and the launch date will be announced soon. The tweet reads: "Hi, We are working on bringing Disney+ to India. The launch date is yet to be announced; stay tuned. Thank you." If you are Pixar and Marvel fan, then this could be good news for you.
So, there are a few steps to access Disney+ video streaming service in India
Step 1: First you need to go to APKPure or APKMirror website and then you have to download the latest version of Disney+ application.
Step 2: Then you have to go to the Google Play Store and download a VPN application. After installing the application, you and you have to connect to the United States or Canada server.
Step 3: Then you can open the application and set up an account. After that, you'll get a free subscription for one week, and if you wish to continue the service, then you have to pay the additional amount.
