Gmail Hit By Temporary Disruption: Now Restored For Most Users

This morning, users were having issues in accessing Google email system Gmail via browser and app alike. Gizbot went on to check the mail service and found the servers were inaccessible. Reportedly, Gmail was suffering from a temporary disruption and showed Error 502. The disruption of the service was reported by users from India, Dubai and other Asian countries. The Twitter world was filled with complains and disguise.

Needless to worry, it looks like the problem has been resolved and for most users should be able to access their accounts now.

 

Google have updated their Google Apps Status Dashboard saying "The problem with Google Mail should be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. Please rest assured that system reliability is a top priority at Google, and we are making continuous improvements to make our systems better."

Twitter users also cognized the issue:
