Nokia has made a new development in music service with the release of Nokia Music +, premium version. As per the statements made by Vice President at Nokia (Entertainment), Nokia Mix Radio service rendered absolutely free for the customers has already garnered a lot of praise. The company is also planning to add more services into Nokia Music + premium which will enhance the user's music experience to a greater extent.
The new capabilities include unlimited skips which will help the users switch between tracks easily. As of now, the premium version allows to download around four mixes with hours of music in each mix. Users can also play these mixes without using an internet connection. Apart from that, the service offers higher quality at eight times than that of the current quality in the case of downloads. It is possible to access the service by downloading over Wi-Fi connection and setting the same as default. In addition to these features, users can enjoy unlimited number of tunes offline using Nokia Music + premium version.
The best feature with Nokia Music + is that it can display the lyrics of the song while playing it. The lyrics can be displayed in the scrolling list or Karaoke-style. It is also possible to exhibit them through a display which can scroll up and down manually. With this music service, users can hear their tunes via desktop PC or SmartTV with the help of a web app.
It is expected that the Nokia Music+ will be rolled out within few weeks along with the information to sign up for the service. The European market would be the first one to enjoy this service with a cost of 3.99 EUR per month. Even though Nokia does not reveal anything about the availability of Nokia Music+ in U.S yet, it has already revealed a price availability of $3.99 for this service which indicates that the application is bound to reach the U.S sometime soon. The free version of Nokia Music+ will be made available to Nokia Lumia 822, Nokia Lumia 820 and Nokia Lumia 920.
