Opera Mini 8 Launched For Java and BlackBerry Phones With Better UI, Private mode and More
Apart from Chrome and UCBrowser apps out there available for the smartphones, Opera Mini is also one of the most popular browsing apps out there. Now the latest update for the same app for the devices running on Java BlackBerry smartphones has arrived. The updated app comes dubbed as Opera Mini 8 and can be downloaded from the respective stores.

The app has been updated after a very long time and it now comes with new features. According to a post on Opera's blog, the new version of Opera Mini arrives on mobile phones with a brand new look and feel. Thus, it will provide users with easier access to a handful of features, including Private Browsing and Night Mode. Night Mode in Opera Mini enables users to navigate in the dark without hurting their eyes.
The new app version also comes with easier access to tabs on mobile phones that have keypads.
"Staying up late? Turn on night mode to dim your phone's display. We've listened to your requests - now, you have a better way to browse at night. This is especially helpful for those with devices that don't support automatic dimming," the company notes. "Tab access has also improved for phones with keypads. Try it out: push the arrow up button to get a new tab," Opera explains.
The browser is also capable of compressing up to 90% of data which means that it can save a lot of data on your phone.
