Samsung Announces Flow, a Rival Against Apple's Continuity Feature
At Samsung Developer Conference 2014, the South Korean tech giant has launched the new feature called 'Flow' that will be compatible with almost all the Samsung products. This new announcement is something which is targeted to take on Apple's recently announced Continuity feature.
The feature is pretty simple and will allow users access to their work from any Samsung devices including the Samsung branded smart TVs. In other words, Samsung Flow makes a lot of sense considering the fact that the company makes a lot of products, ranging from wearables to wide screen television. So, you can now start working on any of your Samsung device and easily end it on another.

As far as the functions are concerned, the Samsung Flow will help users transfer, defer and notify. With the first option you can read shared articles on your tablets or movie video calls from your laptops to phones or tablets.

Defer would offer you to put off your task until you are actually ready, for example, if you are on a go, you can complete if your work once you reach your destination or you can start watching a movie once you are in a subway.
Lastly, notify as the name suggests will you let you view notifications on any screen - your watch, phone, notebook or even TV.
Samsung has released the Flow SDK for the developers, so it's obviously going to take some time before you can use the feature on your Galaxy smartphones or tablets.
