Hashtags are the new lingo in Instagram. But emoji too is catching up really quickly. Adding hashtags and emojis to others comments is also possible.
If you have a large team who contribute photos all time but are not in the position to share the login details with them, it can be done by creating a shared Dropbox folder or Google Drive photos. All the members can upload to the same folder, and one person can upload the pics.
