Popular Instant Messaging app, Whatsapp has launched a standalone app for small business owners called WhatsApp Business. Compatible with Whatsapp Web, this app helps the company to easily connect or interact with customers by offering supports, updates and a lot more.
This app is now available for free on Google Play Store. In this case, customers will be interacting through the regular Whatsapp app, while the business owner uses the Business version of the app.

How to setup account on Whatsapp Business
Step 1: Install the Whatsapp Business from Google Play Store for free on your device.
Step 2: Once it is installed, launch the app by tapping on it.
Step 3: Now verify your business number
Step 4: After your number gets verified, start setting up your business name.
Step 5: Now tap on the menu button, go to Settings -> Business settings -> Profile. Here you will get various fields just like a contact card, where you need to fill in all the details that you want to share with your customers. The WhatsApp Business only allows one mobile number to be linked to one WhatsApp account.
