Share Text and Voice Status Updates on WhatsApp

For the unaware, WhatsApp has a dedicated Text tab under Status updates, making it easier to share written messages, photos, videos, and even voice notes.
Here's how to use it:

Step 1: Open Status > Tap on My Status > Select Text.
Step 2: Type your status update.
Step 3: Customize it:

• Tap Font to change the text style.
• Tap Color to change the background.
• Tap Emoji to add emojis or if you're adding any images or videos, can now add music.

Step 4: Now, tap Status (Contacts) to choose who can view your update.
Step 5: Finally, hit Share to post your status.

WhatsApp Music Status

You may already know that WhatsApp lets you add music to your photo and video Status updates. But now, there's something even better - a dedicated Music tab that allows you to share music as a standalone Status update, with no photo or video required.
Here's how to use it:

• Open WhatsApp and go to the Status section.
• Tap on the Music icon (located next to the Text icon).
• Search for a song of your choice.
• Tap on the song to preview and share it directly as your Status.

WhatsApp Layouts and Sticker Options

WhatsApp has several fun and interactive tools to make your Status updates more expressive. Here's what's new and how you can use them:

Layout Feature: Now, you can select up to six photos and turn them into a collage-style Status using the new Layout option. WhatsApp gives you simple editing tools to arrange your pictures just the way you like.

Music Stickers: You can now turn a song into a music sticker, which you can add to any Status post - like a selfie, a background, or even a blank screen.

Photo Stickers: You can now transform any photo into a custom sticker and add it to your Status. WhatsApp allows you to resize, crop, and edit the image to fit your creative needs.

Add Yours Sticker: Make your Status more interactive with the Add Yours sticker. Choose a photo and add a prompt. Friends can tap the sticker to respond with their own take and share it on their Status.

AI Images

WhatsApp now features an AI Images option under the Status section, powered by Meta AI. This tool lets you generate unique images simply by typing a prompt. Just describe what you want to see, and Meta AI will instantly create an image based on your input. Once it's ready, you can directly share it as a Status update with your contacts.

Voice Status Updates

WhatsApp has also added a dedicated Voice tab under the Status update section, located at the end of the options, right after AI Images.
