    Super Mario Run by Nintendo has finally made it to the Apple's App Store today. Well, the game has just been released for iPhone and iPad touch screen users across 150 countries, and the Android users have to wait a little longer.

    At the launch event of iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus on September this year, Apple and Nintendo had jointly announced to introduced the iconic Mario game by the end of this year, calling it as Super Mario Run. Living up to their words, Super Mario Run has been made available for the iOS users exclusively.

    Available Just For the iOS Users

    The decision to release only for the Apple users is to avoid piracy issues. In an interview with Mashable, the Super Mario Run creator, Shigeru Miyamoto asserted that the game has been first made available for the iOS users keeping security reasons in mind.

    Yes, Nintendo has decided to keep the gaming app timed exclusive on iOS devices as of now, as mentioned.

    Coming Soon For Android

    Making it available only for iOS has surely annoyed several Android users, who have been eagerly awaiting for the nostalgic game to hit the Play Store. Well, Nintendo has still not revealed onto when Super Mario Run will be available for the Android users, but as per the rumors, it may hit the Google Play Store by early next year.

    Beware of Fake Super Mario Run Apps

    Meanwhile, there have been several duplicate and misleading Super Mario gaming apps available on the Play Store, which are not by Nintendo. Hence, downloading them can be risky. Media reports claim that "Notify for Super Mario Run" has topped the chart in the Play Store and has been rated 4.8 with great comments.

    Apps like these are said to contain spyware and malware, which can be highly risky and question user's security. Beware, there's not just one, but several such misleading apps already available on the Play Store.

    How Super Mario Run Works?

    Available on the App Store, the users can download the game straight away by tapping on the "Download" icon displayed on the top of the screen. However, before downloading the game on the iOS device, ensure to have a good internet connectivity and enough storage as it will consume up to 370MB storage space which isn't quite convenient for 16GB iOS devices. According to media reports, Super Mario Run iOS would require 75MB data/hour for an uninterrupted session.

    Drawbacks of Super Mario Run

    Soon after Super Mario Run was rolled out, what annoyed the iOS users is it's high price availability. The game is available at a price of $9.99 dollar, which is nearly equal to Rs. 620 in India. Super Mario Run is said to be one of the most expensive games available on the App Store. However, regardless of the price the app has become the top grossing application on the App Store in just a few hours.

    Nintendo has made the initial three level available for free for users, after which the user will be required to pay approx Rs. 620 to unlock the next levels.

    To Become a Huge Success Like Pokemon Go

    Analysts have already predicted to be highly successful and will follow the success of Pokemon Go. Reports suggest that the nostalgic factor will play a key role in the game's success, and predictions are such that Super Mario Run will reach up to 30 million downloads within a months time. This surely doesn't seem quite a tough target for Nintendo's new application.
