Twitter, more or less made it impossible for its logged-in users to get a view of tweets from the person who has blocked them earlier, thanks to the rollout of its major security enhancements.
Earlier, if you were blocked by a person on Twitter, it meant that the person wouldn't get any updates or notifications from your side. But now, things are bit different. You won't be able to see the person's timeline or their tweets anymore.
Simply an error message which reads "You are blocked from following @XYZ and viewing @XYZ's Tweets" shows up on the screen whenever you try to visit their profile or read their tweets.
Things only get worse when you can view the comments of the tweet (of the person who has blocked you) when quoted by a third person leaving you clueless about the actual tweet.
While a few may hate it, many are going to love it for there's a solution to this problem. All you need is a browser extension, currently exclusively available for the Google Chrome.
Download this "Unmask Tweets" extension created by Ravi Kiran, an IT professional, which makes it possible to visit the timeline or view the tweets of a person who has blocked you.
Make sure that once you've downloaded and enabled the extension, restart or refresh your browser for the extension to work. Once the browser is restarted you'll be seeing the Twitter bird flying out of the cage at the top of your home screen. Voila! You can thank us later, go stalk people!
