BlackBerry releases Beta version of BBM for Beta Testers

BlackBerry has released a new version of BBM for BlackBerry 10 devices. The new version of BBM goes out to beta testers and users will not be able to find the app on BlackBerry World.The update is available only to members of the BlackBerry Beta Zone.

Users wll be able to take advantage of the new features of the BBM. The new BBM is packed with brand new features. CrackBerry has reported that BlackBerry has added a new option that allows BBM users to ask for a Glympse. Users can see their friends as they arrive at the rendezvous point if they choose to reveal information.

However, the functionality is available only for select users who are part of the BlackBerry Beta Zone. Moreover, the feature can only be seen by people if both users are friends and are using Beta version of BBM installed on their devices.

Once it's released to the public, everyone with the same version of BBM will be able to use it.BlackBerry seems to be taking a cue from other instant messaging apps and seems to be implementing them in its own messenger. The version also includes a BBM search and will be able to see updated search results.

Also, BlackBerry claims that with the new update BBM search would be far more accurate and uses should try the new latest BBM running on Beta if they want to verify BlackBerry's claims.
